LISA YANG offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. We strive to ensure your luxury cashmere experience is seamless from purchase to potential return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective bags and shipping box, ensuring all original designer tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
